2. Products & Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products, packaging, or labeling may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude VAT, in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Shopify’s secure payment gateways. Proceive ME does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within the stated processing time. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.

Proceive ME is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of ingestible products, returns or refunds are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and not tampered with

  • The product is returned in its original sealed packaging

  • All boxes, labels, and protective materials are intact and undamaged

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or returned with damaged or missing packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

This policy does not affect any rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If that is not possible, the refund will be made via an alternative method, such as bank transfer.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and layout, is the property of Proceive ME and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Proceive ME.
